corprtae ceo and corprttae cfo and from various postion they will make mandetory to serve atleast 12 years fro server ffro nation to maake gen obc sc st pwd so it make total 60 year so 12 year then it will mkae 60 years so they will get corparte type exprenience in it and then they could return back to again if there is hard to find for any category from genral to pwd as ceo postion and various postion of cfo in private and then it will be ministry thta will hire by interview or by literal test total active compnaay 1,691,495 total companies so how many ceos we hvae we knwos thaat how mny various psostion we have we kanaows total ias need is 5317 so its over burdon to do thta so by gthat we could make hire privare corparte officers for ias post to fullfil 60 years clause cycle if we high court and there will be video and audio will creates so on contract cases will resolves by the category and numbers means how many density they have so in it these system parallel to court system here for lawyer will hire and lawyer for judge position as corps for indian judiciary and salary they will get by eligibility is it possible private court then it also possible with huge package to lawyer and judge and people those want to resolve their cases by private court that will be examine by high court and supreme court and various postion position on coorporates and also army retired
